Meet Dr. Suzie Yang

A Dedicated Dentist at Our San Rafael Office

Dr. Yang brings over 20 years of dental experience to our office, focusing on individualized care and taking pride in delivering painless, high-quality dentistry.

She empowers her patients by educating them and offering various treatment options so they can choose what is best for their health.

Dr. Suzie Yang grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and was drawn to dentistry as a child — she used to ask her elders what they would do differently in life, and much of the time,

the answer was, “Take better care of my teeth.” This led Dr. Yang to be passionate about dentistry.

Dr. Yang did her undergraduate studies at UC Santa Cruz before attending the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco. After dental school,

she joined a private practice as an associate dentist and attended advanced cosmetic courses to enhance her clinical skills.

From 2003 to 2016, Dr. Yang owned a successful private practice in downtown San Francisco, providing general and cosmetic dentistry. In 2011, she was voted “Best Dentist” in San Francisco

in the “San Francisco Bay Guardian” magazine and has been featured on local news stations for being at the forefront of dentistry.

Dr. Yang sold her practice in 2016 and took a one-year sabbatical to start a family, and she now is a proud mother of a 4-year-old boy. She returned to dentistry in 2017 and is now

looking forward to offering her dental services to the community in Marin and beyond.

When she is not practicing dentistry, Dr. Yang enjoys spending time with her family, surfing, and snowboarding.
