How much is the initial consultation?
The initial dental consultation is $89, which includes complimentary X-rays.
How much are X-rays?
X-rays are free, as they are included in your initial consultation.
How much is a dental cleaning?
We focus on long-term relationships with our patients, so we do not offer stand-alone cleanings. Instead, we provide a one-year cleaning membership for $300. It includes two cleanings and two exams with X-rays, which is a great value compared to paying separately for each visit.
Can I get a one-time cleaning instead of a membership?
We don’t offer one-time cleanings. Our membership is designed to provide consistent preventive care year-round.
How much do dental procedures/services cost?
The initial consultation and x-rays are $89. For any additional dental work or procedures, the cost will vary based on each patient’s condition, severity, and recommended course of care. After the consultation, your dentist will provide a personalized treatment plan with detailed pricing. We can also verify your insurance benefits to see what will be covered.
Payment Options & Financing
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer a 12-month interest-free payment plan through Cherry financing. This allows you to spread out the cost of larger treatments over a year with no interest.
Do you accept CareCredit?
No, we don’t accept CareCredit. However, we do offer our own 12-month interest-free payment plan through Cherry, which works similarly.
Do you take FSA/HSA cards?
Yes, you can use your FSA or HSA card for any copays. However, for the card on file, we’ll need a regular credit or debit card from your bank account.
New Patients
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes, we are accepting new patients at all our Total Health Dental Care clinics.
Who is considered to be a new patient?
If you haven’t been seen at our office before, you will be a new patient. If you’ve been to our office previously, even if it’s been an extended amount of time, you will be considered an existing patient.

Do you offer braces/orthodontics?
Yes, we offer braces, Invisalign, and orthodontic services. The initial orthodontic consultation has no out-of-pocket cost. After the consultation, they’ll provide a full treatment plan and pricing.
Do you offer tooth extractions?
Yes, we offer tooth extractions. An initial $89 consultation and x-rays are required to assess damage, and our dentist will provide treatment pricing and options after the evaluation.
Do you offer emergency dental care?
Yes, we handle dental emergencies and can offer same-day procedures, subject to availability. Please contact our Rotunda Specialty Center for urgent dental care.

Insurance & Coverage
Do you accept my insurance? / What insurance do you accept?
We accept all PPO dental insurance plans, including MetLife, Guardian, Cigna, Aetna, Principal, Anthem Blue Cross, Ameritas, Lincoln Financial, Beam, and UnitedHealthCare. We’re out-of-network friendly, which means even if we’re not in-network, your insurance will still provide benefits — they’ll just pay you directly instead of paying us.
Do you accept Medi-Cal, Medical insurance, or Alameda Alliance?
No, we do not accept Medi-Cal, Medical, Medicaid, or Alameda Alliance. However, we can still see you, and you can pay out of pocket.
Do you take Delta Dental insurance?
Yes, we accept Delta Dental. We’re out-of-network friendly with them, which means exams, x-rays, and regular cleanings are fully covered with no copays. Delta will pay you directly instead of paying us, but you’ll still get full coverage for preventive care.
Do you accept HMO dental plans?
No, we do not accept HMO dental plans. We only accept PPO insurance. If you have an HMO, you can still be seen at our office and pay for services out of pocket.
Are you in-network with my insurance?
